Regular Sessions
Working women (Online Live Interactive) - Mon, Tue - 6 AM to 7 AM.
Try our customized yoga sequence including warm-ups, stretches, postures, breathing exercises, and meditation for a rejuvenating fitness experience.


Holistic Yoga and Fitness Batch (Live / In person) - Weekdays - 9:30 AM.
Improve flexibility and strength with our specialized yoga program for women's health and wellness
Yoga Therapy sessions (on appointment basis) - 7:30 AM onwards
Helps prevent and improve common physical ailments for overall well-being. Suitable for all ages and all level of yoga practitioners.

Pre-Natal Yoga sessions (on appointments basis) - One to One personal session

Yoga for Eye and Concentration (on appointment basis)
Experience traditional yogic sequence of warm ups, eye movements along with Trataka procedure. Focused on better eye care and to improve concentration in children above 12 years.
